Lets face it Dalmation, if you and your family lived down on Bank you would be feeling the same way as the residents that live down there.

Actually the paper they have posted is from the Ohio Department of Health. They would never post anything we have received from the EPA, no way to manipulate that to their favor.  I welcome people forming their own opinions, but don't drink their kool aid from one sentence.  Read the report in its entirety then let me know when you are ready for the rest......I would be happy to share the truth and ALL the information.  I second the thanks to you Andy........maybe when people start educating themselves the Bank Ave Residents won't be the only ones hysterical.   Gee,  I wonder who posted all that crap they are feeding you on their FAQs and update, definitely wasn't the EPA or the Ohio Department of Health.  READ IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Andy - there is more information on the webpage so people can make their own opinion.  The EPA paper is included there, so its not in the shredder.

What is hysterical is this city's attempt to "inform" all of you  by pulling out one line of information from the stacks of paperwork that they can use to manipulate the situation.   But then again maybe they can't show you the rest, it was probably in the shredder!  As for you people who continue to judge us...... idiot2

^thats the city page about the landfill. Based on the information presented there, it sounds like the Bank Ave. Residents are being hysterical.

It's only unfortunate that this great public service wasn't performed back when the problem started. Smiley

Tonight at 9:00 on 700 WLW, some of the Bank Avenue residents will be on the show to talk about the safety hazards concerning the landfill (dump).

I know methane and carcinogens are a serious issue for the people living down on Bank and I'm not trying to make light of that situation.

Coming home from work today though I was listening to the radio host talking about the woman on either the bachelor or bachelorette show and mocking her looks.   He said she looked like a wildebeast hit the back of her head and crossed her eyes.  How in the world did you folks decide a radio shock jock is the right lawyer to represent your best interests?!!

The previous posts were concerning and unfair to us dealing with this situation. I just wanted everyone to know the truth/facts. It's nothing the city doesn't already know. The stress of this situation is already enough to deal with. Thanks for your concern and advice.  I appreciate you taking the time to post.

Resident,,, do you really want to discuss your problem / possible lawsuit on this site,??? I would think real hard before giving anyone on this site a chance to hear any facts that might be used in court. It's well known city officials read and have used this site to try and gain an edge in other discussions. Facts will tell the truth  and eventually all will be proven in court..my one and only post on this subject...
