More like "come to the Jewel of the Valley, where our leaders kick the residents in the "jewels" at every opportunity!"

the first house on the right coming up Vine -- its the one with the plywood front window
thats where the guy shot the daughter's (alledged) gangbanger ex-boyfriend on his front porch

we might as well put up a sign that says  "Welcome to St. Bernard   -  city of vacant lots and boarded up windows"

CIC property = CIC tenants

you can spin it any way you want but the CIC owns that property so they are ultimately responsible for the activity there

The CIC does not have any tenants, they turn the rental of the properties to a private company. You will have to ask a board member for all the details on that agreement.

Look at the bright side:   at least one of our CIC tenants wasn't involved this time!

It's getting closer, shooting down at Mitchell and Vine at the Barber Shop.

I noticed that too... Im assuming that when St. Bernard said they wanted "young professionals" they didnt mean "Professional Drug Pushers...". Its sad to see St. Bernard going down the tubes as fast as it is. I wonder if theres any stopping it now....

Apparently it's not just their side.  On Police Women of Cincinnati, they and the Marshalls were arresting a drug dealer living on the St. Bernard side of Mitchell.

It Looks like they are using one of the lots as a dump of some sort.
I dont think any buisness will be successful on that corner until Cinci cleans up thier side. My Mother In Law is afraid to go to Walgreens and gets her perscriptions in Hyde Park now, I cant say I blame her.
I vote Empty Lots... until Cinci cleans up the Riff- Raff.

Would a UDF even fit into that spot? Nowadays they build new ones with gas pumps, a side room to sit down and eat ice cream, plus a set of rest rooms. Much larger than Uncle Carl's old school shoppes.

I vote "library" for that spot...no not really.

Best way to see St. Bernard is in my rear view mirror, as I quickly speed away.

The CIC is tearing down the building as far as I know there is no plans to put anything there in the near future.

I agree sickntired.  If a chicken place didn't make it there nothing will.
A great corner for a drug stand.

If I were a gambler, I would put my money on either another temp agency or cell phone store...or both! I will never frequent anything that goes on that corner regardless. It's more like the gateway to Hell.
