I did ask about selling christmas trees but had to have a paved parking lot. I assume I would have to have the same for a farmers market.

I have asked about making it a community garden spot but was turned down.
 Did asked for a variance but have not heard about that yet.
Mower spindle is fixed it will get its mowing soon.

If it was plowed and didn't cost too much, I would rent it this summer to grow tomatoes and other veggies!
