I didn't realize if I posted on this forum that it would be put into the Courier. Thanks for putting the good news in there!   I wish I would have posted this picture along with what I posted then.

The Reading Junior High 7th grade girls team had a perfect season record of 16-0.  Clap History makers!   Thumbsup They're the first middle school girls team at Reading to win the league undefeated and the CHL Championship Tournament game.

After winning the league title (CHL) they also capped off their season by winning the CHL Championship Tournament game against the Indian Hill Lady Braves, 32- 30 in overtime.  What a great, nailbiter of a game these talented young ladies played!  They got off to a slow start but played their hearts out in the second half, coming from behind to attain their 16th win.    What a terrific way to end their 7th grade season! Undefeated!

Congratulations to the young ladies and their coach, Coach Runion!  Thanks to all the fans, family, and friends who showed up and cheered our girls on loudly!  This team will be a team to watch out for in the years ahead!

Go Blue Devils!!!
