Oh...Dogtown..I am doing my homework.  This is going to be a problem...I can just feel it.  I reported it to the police and I am checking with zoning as well.  They were up there this weekend and around 11p someone from Sunocco told them to turn down their music and the guy asked why and the person at sunocco said because it is too late for all that noise.  I found a web site which is the Bad to the Bones motorcycle club's Dayton branch and has a link for the Cincinnati branch which is not working BUT i have been told a lot of Dayton members hang out up here.  This is the link...    http://www.badtothebonemc.com/  and please, check out the pics --some with children, drinking and attire are quite appauling to me personally.

Any updates on this? Drove by the place this morning. I wouldn't be too keen on the roar of motorcycles there if I lived nearby, either. If this Biker Club had a liquor license it would be somewhat easier to keep the noise and other problems tightly regulated, odd as that may seem. Just being a 'social club' there are less ways to put pressure on them to keep set hours and behave, I would think.

For what it's worth some cities--Covington's Main Strasse neighborhood comes to mind--there are 'No Wake' signs posted in regards to the bikes. It does some good, but the things are LOUD when somebody makes a point of high rpm revving, that's for sure. Trade off is that the city provides some bike-only parking, and the riders spend decent money in the restaurants and bars there.

I have informed the police and hope this will be nipped in the bud real quick.  The owners apologized numerous times which really made me feel good about the situation.  Normally property owners try to blow me off until they realize I wont go away.  I plan on being ready the take notes over the next few weekends.

Thanks Stargazer...I aint skeered   Wink  Some times I think I have no sense at all when dealing with these situations then other times, I am glad I cant keep my big mouth shut.  My mother always told people that she was very lucky with her three daughters, never had a problem once at of any of them...except our mouths.  I told her I learned it from her.  By the way, I did talk to the owners of the business today and they are going to find out what is going on.  They said they were given the impression that it was a charity organization.  I dont have anything against bikers, but I dont think a biker bar or hang out with loud music and drinking needs to be going on in a residential area....especially after midnight.

You sure got that right.  They sure didn't look like a charity group to me.  They looked like a gang looking for trouble..

I do't have a thing against bikers either.  They can be a good group, like that bunch that goes to funerals to keep that one group from disturbing the family.  But a lot of them are pure trouble.  If I was you and they continued to do what they are doing, if the owner couldn't do anything about them, I would involve the police.

Oh and please continue just to stay quiet.  It's probably the best way.

Dawn, I see those bikers a lot as I am going to work.  I just had a feeling that they were a problem.

I hope you can get the problem resolved.  You had better be careful though.  They looked like some really bad guys to me.

Has anyone heard of the "Biker Bar" in the little white building on Galbraith next to Sunoco?  Its called Bad to the Bone Biker Club.  SInce I have problems sleeping lately, I have heard weekend racing on A. Wayne and the ramps to I-75.  Well, last night was the worse...4am LOUD music coming from the building and bikes everywhere.  I know I cant be the only one to hear these bikes.  We sleep with our windows open and our bed is under the window in the front of the house which faces Galbraith.  The music last night was insane.  Of course I frove up there to find out what is going on and there are bikes driving up and down Galbraith, turning around at Burns, causing all kinds of noise at crazy hours.  I dont know what we can do about it but I am sure going to be on the phone in the morning to find out.  Just wanted to see if anyone here knew anything further.
By the way...where the heck is everyone???
