idiot2 no no Thumbs Down     Oh boy here we go !!!!!!  Are you seriously considering consulting on which way to go for the chief's position ?  Surely the village could make their own determination based on the needs of the department and the village. Ask the firefighters for their input, they are the best people to consult, find out what they would like to see in a leader and expect out of a manager/boss. That is what helps determine the best candidate for the job. We cannot make the mistake of consulting with Dale, he did so much for sharonville, theres no denying that. However, with the way the phony overpayment scandal and computer mystery were handled, you cannot look to him for advice !!!!!!!! No one deserved any of the career assassination and slander they recieved from the hands of the shady administration and bogus computer expert/detective and his fictional story created to cover up the inadequate job done by the IT department in the city. Instead of being the leader of the organization and defending his people, he ran for the retirement hills !! that is not a leader in my book. So think hard when you choose a consultant, chances are they are already in your firehouse..

Thanks for your time, Firemans friend,  Advocate
P.S. HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!!!!!!!
