I am not aware of any specific company doing this, but there are numerous property owners that rent. Are you aware of Cincinnati Housing Partners? They buy and rehab homes as a non-profit organization, part of a Catholic ministry. They do a great job on the houses and sell to first-time homebuyers. They have rehabed numerous properties in Carthage and it is to thier credit that the housing stock here is still good Thier office is above the Fith Third Bank on Vine St. Talk to Bonnie Blankenship - 662-9729

VC Someone told me that there is a place in Carthage that buys houses for sale that is run by a Mexican organization and then rents them out. If so do you know about it or can you put me in touch with who would. We have a house for sale on W.65th street to sell. Thanks Mike
